Day 1 – JOHANNESBURG to HOEDSPRUIT AREA (±456km | ±4hrs 30min)
Meet & Greet on arrival at Johannesburg airport.
Our friendly staff will hand over your documentation and walk you to your hired vehicle
Set off on your journey to the Makalali Private Game Reserve
Stop en route for lunch at leisure
Arrive at the lodge and check-in.
In the late afternoon, go on an Afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle before returning to the lodge for dinner
Overnight: Makalali Private Game Lodge or similar – dinner, breakfast and two game viewing excursions (4-star)
Day 2 – HOEDSPRUIT AREA to HAZYVIEW via PANORAMA ROUTE (±180km | ±2hrs)
Early morning wake up call, before departing on a Morning game drive in an open safari vehicle
Breakfast at lodge
After breakfast, continue onto Blyde River Canyon, the Three Rondawels and Bourke’s Luck Potholes (optional and for your account)
Stop at God’s Window for amazing views of the area
Late lunch at leisure en-route along the Panorama Route
In the late afternoon, arrive at the hotel
Dinner at the hotel
Overnight: Casa do Sol Hotel & Resort or similar – dinner and breakfast (4-star)
Day 3 – HAZYVIEW to MTHETHOMUSHA GAME RESERVE via KRUGER PARK(±170km | ±4hrs)

Spend the day at leisure exploring the Kruger National Park.
We recommend entering at Phabeni Gate
Lunch at leisure in the Kruger National Park
In the late afternoon, exit the Kruger National Park at Malelane Gate
Arrive at Bongani Mountain Lodge’s gate at 12h00 / 13h00 / 15h00 for a scheduled transfer to the lodge
In the late afternoon, enjoy a game drive in an open safari vehicle, before returning to the lodge for Dinner
Overnight: Bongani Mountain Lodge or similar – dinner and breakfast including one game activity (4-star)
Day 4 – MTHETHOMUSHA GAME RESERVE to ST LUCIA via SWAZILAND (±520km | ±7hrs)
Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge
Transfer to the main gate at 08h00
Continue onto the Kingdom of Swaziland, entering at Manenga Border (visas for own account)
Drive through Swaziland, enjoying this beautiful rural kingdom
Lunch at leisure en-route
Re-Enter South Africa at Lavumisa Border (Note: you may require multiple SA entry visas. This cost is for own account)
In the late afternoon, arrive at your hotel
Dinner at leisure at hotel or in town
Overnight: Forest Lodge or similar – breakfast (4-star)
Day 5 – ST LUCIA to DURBAN (±215km | ±2hrs 20min)
Early wake-up call, followed by a Morning game drive in an open safari vehicle
Enjoy a short forest walk in iSimangaliso Wetlands Park (for your account)
Breakfast at hotel, before departing on a boat cruise on the St Lucia Estuary (optional and may be pre-booked – for your account).
Lunch at leisure in St Lucia on the banks of the estuary
In the late afternoon, continue onto Durban
Drop-off hired vehicle at the airport
